Steve Smith has been managing retirement plans since 1991. Since that time he has seen the "best of times" and "worst of times" that the markets have to offer and has witnessed time and again the success that comes with developing and sticking to an investment plan.
His consistent philosphy over the years is that helping clients manage their emotions is as important as managing their assets.
Steve is an active public speaker on investment and retirement planning topics and holds a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Early graduate research on investor emotions and decision making convinced him that, like athletes, individual investors need a coach to help them reach their goals.
